Applications must be postmarked by Friday, April 11, 2008, and mailed to: Robert L. McMaster, 135 F Blythewood rd, Blythewood, South Carolina, 29016. Selected scholarship applicants will be interviewed on April 24/25th 2008.

The awards are to be based on applications in which the judges assess the Need, Scholastic Achievement, and Personal Involvement.

2006 Scholarship News - May 9, 2006: On this day, the BBC met, joined by the winning applicants and proud parents. 10 applications were recieved (7 Students from Ridgeview, 2 from Blythewod High, and one homeschooler) and the following students were each presented with $1000 scholarship awards:

• Laura Wingard
• Kathryn Miles

The awards are to be based on applications in which the judges assess the Need, Scholastic Achievement, and Personal Involvement.

Each year the Blythewood Business Coalition offer scholarships to college bound high school seniors. These scholarship have been offered in years past for $1000 per recipient up to $1500 per recipient.

In 2005 we offered 3 scholarships at $1000 each to
Katherine Snipes, Erin Busbee and Bonna Bass from nine applicants. The awards were made based on applications in which three judges assessed the Need, Scholastic Achievement, and Personal Involvement.
